What if I don't see the Drone Services I need listed?
Just reach out to us by phone or email to get a free custom quote. The links are at the top and bottom of each page.
How will I receive my video or photos?
All media is delivered via a DropBox link specific to you. If you have recurring jobs, a folder for each job will be created within that link. If for whatever reason a DropBox link does not work for you we will make other arrangements to deliver you assets.
What photo and video formats do you use?
Our Photos are shot at 20mp with a maximum resolution of 5280×3956.
Our Video is shot at 4K: 3840×2160 at up to 120fps. We have the capability of shooting 5.1K video with a resolution of 5120×2700, but this format is not widely used at this point.
Do you have your FAA Part 107 Certification and are you insured?
We have held an FAA Part 107 Certification since 2018. In addition we have received a state permit from North Carolina DOT. This is a requirement for a commmercial drone operator to fly in North Carolina.
We are also fully insured with a $1 Million dollar liability policy.
Will there be sales tax?
Drone services are taxable. The tax rate is based on the location of your project.
Can my video be posted to YouTube
In addition to giving you access to all you media directly, we can give you a link to your video on YouTube,. We can also help you add the video to your own YouTube channel if preferred.
